REFUND/RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you have received an incorrect item or your order has not been delivered and your not happy with your order please contact us at orders@safaribiltong.co.nz with your order number, name and address if your order has been made online, or your receipt if ordered in store.
You must notify Safari Biltong via email the same day of the delivery being made. Consumed or already disposed of items will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
Unfortunately we cannot issue a refund or credit if more than 24 hours have passed since the arrival of your order before notifying us.
If Safari Biltong asks you to ship back the goods please use the address provided below.
Please pack the item/items securely in the box your items were delivered in, all products must be returned in good condition, in original packaging (if possible) to receive full credit or refund.
